What are the rates of your services?

Our hourly rates start from $7/hour however final rate depend on the length, size and complexity of the project. Since every client has different requirements, we make sure that the solution we provide are tailor-made for them.

Are there any startup costs & do I need to pay a startup fee?

There are no additional expenses & neither do we charge a startup fee to any of our clients.

Do you provide any software for billing?

We do not provide any billing software.

Can I use the software I am currently using for billing?

Our clients can opt to use the same software they are currently using. That way we take a small demo from you and work into your software.

How do you ensure Regulatory Compliance?

We follow all the compliance / HIPAA regulations on software as well as IT. We ensure that the PHI is secured and every billing professional is put through a HIPAA training session regularly.

How do you manage to maintain Customer Service Standards?

We ensure that quality is our top priority. TAT is maintained and monitored on every activity which is delivered. Monthly, weekly and daily reports are shared with clients. We also invite feedbacks from our clients and regularly update our processes based on the same, which helps us maintain our customer satisfaction levels.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Both parties are more secure with contracts. The notice period for termination is about 45 days. We do not have any binding to our services however we have a 100% success ratio in client retention.
